Do you accept insurance?

Yes, we are credentialed and contracted with most major insurance payers in Minnesota.  Please contact your insurance company to verify we are contracted with your insurance carrier.    

Do you accept HSA/FSA credit cards?

All major credit/debit cards including HSA or FSA cards are accepted providing they are Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express.  You will be provided a receipt.

Do you prescribe medication?

Yes, medications are often part of the treatment plan and are prescribed electronically and they are sent to the pharmacy you choose. Commonly prescribed medications include: antidepressants, anti-anxiety medications, sleep aids, mood stabilizers, and antipsychotics.

Do you prescribe stimulants?

Stimulants may be prescribed on a case-by-case basis when there is supporting evidence of a clinical need. Often records supporting the need would be required. Stimulants are not prescribed when there is an active substance use disorder. Stimulants are controlled medication monitored by the MN prescription monitoring program and have a higher potential for abuse and addiction. Despite associated risks there may be times when this treatment is clinically appropriate and would be prescribed.

Do you prescribe benzodiazepines/hypnotics?

Benzodiazepines/hypnotics are not intended for long term treatment of anxiety disorders/panic disorder/ or insomnia. They are generally not prescribed long term as they are known to be addictive and one’s body can become physically or psychologically dependent on these.  Central nervous system (CNS) depression is a known serious side effect. These are controlled medications monitored by the MN prescription monitoring program a higher potential for abuse and addiction.  Despite associated risks there may be times when this treatment is clinically appropriate and would be prescribed.  

Can I work with CQP if I do not have insurance?

Yes, we offer discounted, pay on service date rates.  You can inquire about these rates by sending a message or calling 612-429-1011 for more information.  
Additionally, no one will be denied access to services due to inability to pay. There is a discounted/sliding fee schedule available. Please message or call the office for additional information.
